Crime Photographer first aired on CBS on Jul. 7, 1943 and ran until Nov. 16, 1950. It returned back on the same network four years later and ran from Jan. 13, 1954 to Apr. 22, 1955. Those that played the part of Casey were Matt Crowley initially, by Jim Backus in a few shows then by Staats Costsworth. John Gibson played Ethelbert, while Ann Williams, Alice Reinheart, Lesley Woods, Betty Furness and Jan Miner did their turn at playing Jone Allison. Jackson Beck and Bernard Lenros both handled the role of Inspector Logan.
